To reach the stable quality control level and success technical innovation, the new laboratory was set up with modern test equipment such pressing bursting test device, conductivity test instrument, varnishing coverage test equipment, etc. The skillful quality control staff are make the test for aerosol can during the production and before delivery.
For the purpose of quality assurance, we equipped 3 sets of complete test facilities including the wall thickness check device, CD-20 detergent test meters, conductivity analysis instrument, halt tone printing checking device, and contact height tester for the QC department, laboratory and production line. Concerning the production management, we carried out 3 level quality assurance system as well as zero defect management model, weanwhile, according to the request of ISO9002, we are strictly perform the fully quality control management thereby to maintain the conformity rate of 100%. |
